At gardenofficial.com you have the right to exchange / return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the reason for your return is due to an error on the part of our company, we are committed to covering the cost of returning the product, provided that the return will be made with the same company that delivered the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must state your intention by phone or email and one of our associates will provide you with the appropriate instructions.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without having been unsealed or their packaging having been tampered with, and must be accompanied by the retail receipt, the exchange card, or the purchase invoice. Returns are made at the expense and responsibility of the customer. In addition, the right of exchange / return applies to the entire product you have purchased and not a part of it.

In a purchase from our online store in which you have used one of the Garden Gift Cards, it is not possible to return the value of the gift card in money, only to exchange it for another product.

GARDEN BEUATY PRODUCTS S.A. reserves the right to reject returns sent or notified outside of the returns period, or returns of items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

The sum that will be credited to your shopping cart after the return of the product will be proportional to the price charged to you at the time of purchase of the product (after deducting the shipping costs if the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of our company).

Processing of the request and crediting of your shopping cart takes 7 business days. The customer will be notified by e-mail or by telephone as soon as the exchange / return request has been fully processed.

When returning a product / products as described above, and if you opt for a refund of the amount paid and not the replacement of the product with another of equal or greater value, if the order was paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card charged within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. Whereas, if the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product, by crediting the account of which you are the beneficiary and which account you will indicate and notify us of in writing.

If the item you received is found to be defective, the product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt and be accompanied by the retail sales receipt or purchase invoice. If the period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt has elapsed, our company has the right to refuse to accept the return and therefore refuse replacement.
